With the standard individually adjustable seat tilt adjustment (bestseller) - or optionally equipped with a wonderfully softly reacting pelvic balance - you can easily tilt your pelvis and thus also bring your spine into the natural S-shape.

Two factors are crucial to maintaining a healthy and upright spine in the long term:

1. sufficient stabilising movement

2. anatomically correct support in passive sitting phases.

A lumbar support that can be individually adjusted in height and curvature will help you with this - and your intervertebral discs will thank you.

If you have to work a lot with a keyboard and mouse, you should make sure that the shoulder muscles are also regularly relieved. Individually adjustable armrests offer valuable support here.
